Of all these dating tips for men, “find as many ways to check out as you can,” really stood out to me. This is because I think that a lot of people sabotage themselves this way, without even being aware of it. It's hard to change yourself. When faced with having to confront your inner demons, or having to do a little extra work on yourself, or anything that your ego doesn't like, your mind searches for the first opportunity to disengage. And in the 20 first century, there are plenty of distractions out there. This could be surfing the web, watching TV or eating junk food, but it could also be talking in class because the lesson's too hard, or joking with your coworkers about how much work sucks instead of trying to move on with your life. Thanks for the post, Jeffrey. - Elliott

Thanks for the tips! It's funny because I totally notice the body language thing. My posture alone can make me feel sexier. All I need to do is stand up straight! I think I always felt like my perfect posture made me look like a snob or something. Turns out it doesn't.

Love this post! I just wish I had read it last week before I went and shut an opportunity down just because it wasn't happening as easily as I would have liked. But better late than never! x

Jeffrey, your big takeaway is something I know deep inside and realize, while deeply personal on a level, is not what's missing....the receiving part is something I need to work on. This is very valuable post :-)!
